Shipping Policy
Q: HOW WILL MY PRODUCT BE SHIPPED?
 
A: We will ship all items Fed Ex Ground service. They have a good track record for shipping heavy items and are reliable.
 
Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
 
A: All of our products are in stock. In rare cases, however, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for immediate shipping. If some unforeseen occurrenc delays your order, you will receive an email from All Natural Green Cleaners letting you know when to expect your product, and we will work to fill your order as quickly as possible.
 
Q: DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US?
 
A: No – we have not found a carrier that is cost effective and reliable.
 
Q: DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
 
A: No – due to the nature of these heavy products, the costs associated with shipping liquids are very high.
 
Q: CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?
 
A: No -- we need an actual physical street address to ship your order.
 
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
 
A: It will normally take approximately 2-3 business days to process your shipment. In the case of
unscented products, processing time may be longer as these are specialty items.
 
Q: CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
 
A: Yes – you will have 24 hours to cancel an order before it is processed.
 
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
 
A: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when each item was shipped, how it was sent, when you should expect it to arrive, and a tracking number (if applicable). You will receive a separate confirmation for each package that is sent.
 
Q: HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
 
A: You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You then contact the shipper directly to track your order. If your product has been sent without tracking confirmation, please wait until the estimated date of arrival to contact us. If the product has not arrived at your door within a reasonable amount of time, we will be happy to investigate the delay for you.
 
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
 
A: Your order should arrive in no more than 10-15 business days, depending on the shipping method  usually much sooner than that. Approximate expected transit times for each shipping method are as follows, but are not guaranteed:
 
Fed Ex Ground shipping in the continental U.S. -- 3 to 5 business days after shipping (may take longer if there are postal delays)

If you want to return the item within 30 days of purchase and have already emailed a request for a refund, please return item to our business address provided below. We cannot refund for shipping charges, nor pay for return shipping.
